Tea was believed can reduce our stress. I do take tea to reduce my stress-less sugar. But when I was in sorrow, I would rather take milk tea a.k.a the tarik as it bring joy to myself. Perhaps, tea will tell me how to make use of myself. ;)
For those who had problems, you should drink tea. But make sure less sugar. It will bring you happiness through out the day. Give it a try. Because I've already experienced it! So chill and rilex!
When I was in sorrow, I will spent time reading some motivational books to build up my emotion back. Sorrow is just a feeling that we can't resist to be in ourselves. No matter who are you, no matter what you wear and so forth, you will be calm when you had a chance to read motivational book. Instead, you will be more comfortable with yourself after read the book.
It might sounds like I'm a counselor but I'm not. Just sharing what I did recently-another jobless people activity. Books sometime will give us a feeling that other people can't give. It will change our perception and open our mind! It is cool!
I think I'm quite ridiculous here...am I?
